Tiszacsege is the youngest town in Hajdú-Bihar County. It lies on the left bank of the River Tisza, between Tiszafüred and Polgár, on the edge of the Hortobágy.

The town’s greatest attraction is the river flowing along its outskirts, which draws anglers and water tourists throughout the summer. Those who enjoy swimming are also welcomed by the Thermal Beach near the Tisza riverbank, offering relaxation with its outdoor and indoor pools and its medicinal thermal water.
