Ingredients:
For the filling:
500 g minced Grey cattle meat
1 tomato
1 pepper
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
175 g sour cream
Salt, pepper to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
3 tbsp oil
0.5 tbsp flour for thickening
For the dough:
500 g flour
2 eggs
400 ml milk
100 ml sparkling water
1 tsp salt
Sauté the finely chopped onion in oil until translucent, then add the garlic, finely chopped pepper, and tomato. Once the tomato has released its juice, add the minced meat. Cook until the meat is tender. While the meat is cooking, prepare the pancakes: mix the ingredients until smooth, and fry slightly thicker pancakes than usual. Once the meat is ready, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Strain the meat’s juices and set aside. Make a sour cream and flour mixture to thicken the sauce. Add 1-2 tsp of sour cream to the meat to make it creamier. Finally, fill the pancakes with the filling, pour the sauce generously over them, and serve.
