Fish soup (for 10 ppl)
Ingredients:
4 kg mixed fish
1.5 kg catfish fillet
4 onions
1 tomato
1 pepper
Paprika to taste
Salt to taste
Chop the cleaned onions and sauté them in fat until translucent. Add the tomato and pepper, then generously sprinkle with paprika. Cut the mixed fish into pieces, add them to the onion mixture, and cover with plenty of water. Bring to a boil. Once the broth is ready, strain it using a fine sieve to remove any bones. Afterward, add the fillets and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
